The True STR2HRT-2S-2S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet is designed to maintain warm food at safe and ready-to-serve temperatures ranging from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators have precise control over the temperature settings through the electronic control panel, which is conveniently monitored on the external display. The cabinet achieves uniform heat distribution with the aid of a stainless steel heating element and circulation fans. For adaptable humidity levels, operators can manually adjust the vent to suit different applications. Additionally, the cabinet can accommodate a 12-inch by 20-inch water pan to introduce extra humidity if necessary.
With front and back doors, the True STR2HRT-2S-2S insulated heated cabinet allows for the easy roll-in of racks on one side and out the other, facilitating the movement of food from the back of the house to the serving area. These stainless steel doors feature an efficient self-closing design and can stay open at a 120-degree angle to facilitate the smooth roll-in and roll-out of racks on stainless steel ramps. Interior bumpers provide wall protection, while interior lighting enhances product visibility. The cabinet has the capacity to hold two racks measuring 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 66 inches tall.
