The True STR1RRT-1S-1S roll-through refrigerator offers a practical solution for efficiently storing and accessing fresh foods in commercial kitchens. Its roll-through design is ideal for use in bakeries, banquet facilities, healthcare settings, and cafeterias.
This refrigerator features stainless steel ramps that accommodate roll-in racks (sold separately) up to 27" x 29" x 66" in size, maximizing storage capacity. Both the interior and exterior are constructed of high-quality stainless steel for durability. The unit is equipped with incandescent lighting to illuminate the interior, and wall bumpers protect against potential damage from roll-in racks.
For ease of use during loading and unloading, the refrigerator has two self-closing doors with a 120-degree stay open feature and bolt-style door locks guaranteed for life. Full-body foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain cold temperatures efficiently. The unit operates with a 1/3 hp compressor that uses CFC-free R-134A refrigerant, reliably maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
