With both interior and exterior constructed from stainless steel, this unit is built to withstand heavy use. The door stays open beyond 120 degrees for convenient rack loading, and it self-closes to preserve cold air. Top-mounted refrigeration prevents debris intake from the floor and maximizes interior space, though it may pose challenges for maintenance. The temperature range is 33 to 38°F.
