The True Spec Series pass-through freezer, model STR1FPT-1S-1S, is designed for efficient frozen food storage in commercial kitchens. Its pass-through configuration allows placement between prep areas and server stations, making it easy to prepare, plate, and serve frozen items like desserts.
With three chrome shelves, this freezer maximizes storage and organization. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, and bright LED lighting enhances visibility while minimizing heat generation.
The unit features two self-closing doors with 120-degree stay-open capability and bolt-style locks. Full-body foamed-in-place insulation helps maintain cold temperatures efficiently. It rolls on 5" casters with brakes for mobility and operates with a 3/4 hp compressor using CFC-free R-404A refrigerant, maintaining -10°F temperatures. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
