The True STA3F-6HS, part of the True Spec Series, offers precise temperature control with LED interior lighting, saving on replacement costs due to its longevity and minimal heat generation. Safety shields provide peace of mind. With nine chrome-plated wire shelves, ingredient organization is efficient, and the top-mounted 2 3/4 hp compressor maximizes capacity.
Convenience features include auto-defrost, an exterior temperature display, and self-closing solid stainless steel half doors with a 120-degree stay-open feature and magnetic door gaskets. Cleaning is easy with stainless steel and aluminum construction. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and reduces energy loss. The unit operates with a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system using R-404A refrigerant, maintaining -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 115V electrical connection and comes with (6) 5" plate casters, three with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.
