The True STG2HRI-2S is a durable roll-in heated cabinet perfect for preserving the warmth of cooked and baked foods. Constructed with stainless steel and aluminum, it resists corrosion and damage while being well-insulated. It features a stainless steel ramp for easy cart and rack loading, incandescent lighting, and protective bumpers. The two stainless steel doors seal securely with magnetic gaskets, locks, and sturdy handles, staying open past 120 degrees and closing automatically under 120 degrees.
Inside, two stainless steel heating elements maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans ensure even heat distribution. A top vent controls humidity, and a water pan adds moisture. A color-coded display provides temperature readings for precise control.
