The True STG2HPT-2S-2S is a versatile two-section heated cabinet perfect for keeping baked and cooked foods warm. Its pass-thru design connects front-of-house to back-of-house operations. Equipped with one stainless steel heating element, it maintains temperatures between 140-180°F, while humidity levels can be adjusted using the top vent.
This cabinet has four stainless steel doors with magnetic gaskets to seal in warmth. All doors can stay open past 120 degrees and close automatically when below 120 degrees. Its exterior features stainless steel front and aluminum sides for durability, while the interior boasts aluminum back and walls, and stainless steel floor and ceiling for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. With three PVC-coated wire shelves and bottom-mounted castors, it's a practical addition to any kitchen.
