The True STG2H-2G is a heated holding cabinet designed to keep baked or cooked foods hot and accessible in commercial kitchens. It features manual humidity control via a top vent, allowing precise cabinet conditions. The glass door design allows easy visibility without opening the door. The cabinet includes three chrome-plated wire shelves per section, ensuring optimal space utilization. Constructed with stainless steel doors, floor, and ceiling, along with durable aluminum sides and back, it is built for longevity. Incandescent lighting, an exterior on/off switch, and electronic temperature control enhance user-friendliness. Self-closing doors, bolt-style locks, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintain warmth efficiently. Equipped with low-velocity fans for even temperature distribution, it maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
