The stainless steel door is thermally insulated, with double-pane glass for visibility and a self-closing feature that stays open at 120 degrees.
Inside, corrosion-resistant aluminum side walls and back meet a robust stainless steel floor and ceiling, all insulated with high-density polyurethane. Three PVC-coated wire shelves maximize storage, while digital temperature control ensures accuracy. LED lighting illuminates the interior, and 5-inch castors ensure easy mobility.
The top-mounted refrigeration system is tamper-proof and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its reverse condensing fan motor periodically cleans the condensing coil by blowing away debris. Regular maintenance ensures longevity and peak performance.
