The True STG1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated holding cabinet is designed with dual stainless steel doors and ramps for easy cart and rack movement, connecting the front and back of the house. Its stainless steel and aluminum construction resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. Inside, polyurethane insulation maintains temperatures between 140 to 180°F with two stainless steel heating elements and low-velocity fans for even heat distribution. You can control humidity using a manually adjustable vent, and incandescent lighting brightens the interior. The durable doors have metal handles, cam-lift hinges for easy access, and automatically close under 120 degrees to save energy. Perfect for keeping food warm and minimizing damage from racks and carts.
