The True Refrigeration STG1H-2HS is a versatile mobile heated cabinet designed to keep your cooked or baked food items at a consistent temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its stainless steel heating unit is corrosion-resistant and ensures uniform electric heat generation. For precise control over humidity, the cabinet features a manually operated vent on top.
The heating system is easy to manage with an electronic temperature control and an exterior on/off switch. To guarantee even heat distribution, low-velocity fans are integrated into the design. The cabinet itself is constructed with two stainless steel doors and durable aluminum sides, providing both strength and corrosion resistance. Inside, you'll find aluminum side walls and a stainless steel floor and ceiling, with three chrome-plated wire shelves for storage. The self-closing doors can stay open at 120 degrees for hassle-free loading, and castors, including front locks, offer mobility and stability.
