The True Refrigeration STA2HRI-2S Spec Series® two-section roll-in heated cabinet is designed to keep your baked or cooked foods warm and easily accessible in your commercial kitchen. It features two stainless steel finned-tube heating elements that produce electric heat, ensuring even temperatures throughout the interior. You can control the humidity levels with a manual vent on top of the cabinet, preventing food from becoming soggy.
For efficient loading and unloading, the self-closing stainless steel doors can stay open past 120 degrees, and they are equipped with locks to ensure the security of your contents. The magnetic gaskets are removable without the need for tools, and they maintain a tight seal, preventing heat from escaping through the doors. Illuminating the interior, incandescent lighting can be controlled by an exterior switch, providing visibility. To simplify the process of rolling racks inside, the True Refrigeration STA2HRI-2S roll-in heated cabinet features two stainless steel ramps. This unit is perfect for keeping your warm dishes ready for service in a busy kitchen environment.
