Description
The True STA1HPT-1S-1S is a Spec Series® pass-thru heated cabinet designed for storing warm, pre-cooked, and baked products. It comes with three PVC-coated wire shelves. The cabinet's exterior features stainless steel sides to complement the stainless steel doors, while the interior is equipped with aluminum sides and backing, along with a stainless steel ceiling and floor. To maintain the cabinet at temperatures set between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, it is insulated with polyurethane foam. The temperature is displayed digitally on the exterior in both Fahrenheit and Celsius.
This mobile heated cabinet's pass-thru design allows access to both the front and rear doors simultaneously. Both doors are constructed of stainless steel and feature magnetic gaskets to retain warm air inside. They can remain open past 120 degrees for convenient loading and unloading. If opened less than 120 degrees, they automatically close. The doors are equipped with metal handles for ease of use and bolt-style locks to prevent theft and tampering. To secure each door to the cabinet, four cam-lift hinges are in place.
