The True STA1H-1G is a mobile heated cabinet designed to hold warm baked or cooked food. It uses a stainless steel heating element to generate even electric heat, with low-velocity fans ensuring consistent air circulation. The cabinet has a manually controlled vent on top to release humidity. Its construction includes a stainless steel exterior and an interior made of aluminum and stainless steel. The cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam (Ecomate) to maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature can be displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the exterior. The cabinet's door is made of low-e, double-pane glass, allowing product visibility while retaining warm air. The door self-closes and can stay open beyond 120 degrees for easy loading and unloading. Magnetic gaskets ensure an airtight seal, and a metal handle provides a comfortable grip. The cabinet features bolt-style locks for added security.
