The Star 8124RCBB 24" Gas Charbroiler offers precise heat control with manual controls and steel radiants. Its cast iron burners are independently controlled every 6 inches, ensuring even heating across the cooking surface. Heat from the burners is absorbed by radiants and directed onto the food product.
This charbroiler features adjustable 6-inch grate sections that can be set for flat or inclined cooking, accommodating various cooking applications and large product capacities. The bull-nose front design protects the control knobs from damage and provides a barrier between the operator and hot components, reducing the risk of burns.
To maintain a clean cooking surface, the unit is equipped with splash guards that contain grease splatter and debris. It has 4-inch legs that elevate it off the countertop and are adjustable for stability on uneven surfaces, making it a versatile and efficient addition to your kitchen equipment.
