The STAR 8060CBB Ultra-Max LP Gas Lava Rock Charbroiler is a high-performance cooking appliance designed for efficiency. Equipped with straight tubular cast iron burners every 6 inches of width, it provides enhanced heat distribution for faster cooking and flavor searing, while offering precise sectional control with 200,000 BTU heating capacity.
Constructed with a welded steel frame and a stainless steel exterior, this charbroiler is built for durability. Its reversible cast iron grates can be positioned flat or slanted, catering to various cooking preferences. The 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard keeps the cooking area clean, and a large capacity water pan ensures easy cleanup.
The adjustable 4-inch legs provide stability on different surfaces, and the unit includes a 5 lb. bag of lava rocks for every 12 inches of width. With a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection, the STAR 8060CBB boasts overall dimensions of 60" in width, 35-1/8" in depth, and 18" in height, making it a versatile and reliable addition to your kitchen equipment.
