The STAR 8036CBB Ultra-Max LP Gas Lava Rock Charbroiler is a powerful and efficient cooking appliance. Its high-performance straight tubular cast iron burners, positioned every 6 inches of width, deliver enhanced heat for faster cooking and flavor-searing capabilities. With 120,000 BTU of cooking power, this charbroiler provides excellent heat distribution and precise sectional control.
Built with a durable welded steel frame and a stainless steel exterior, this charbroiler is designed for longevity and easy maintenance. The reversible cast iron grates can be positioned flat or slanted to accommodate various cooking preferences, and the 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard helps maintain a clean cooking area.
Featuring a large capacity water pan, cleanup is made easy and efficient. The charbroiler sits on adjustable 4-inch legs, providing stability and versatility for different kitchen setups.
