The Star Mfg. 5136CF Star-Max Charbroiler is a powerful and versatile cooking appliance designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens.
Operating on 240V and 3-phase power, this charbroiler offers 9.9 kW of cooking power, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications. With a generous cooking surface measuring 36" in width and 26" in depth, it provides ample space for preparing a variety of dishes.
The heavy cast iron grids are not only durable but also removable, making cleaning and maintenance a breeze. The 3300-watt elements are designed to swing up every 12 inches, ensuring even and consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface.
This charbroiler features chrome metal knobs for precise temperature control, allowing you to achieve the desired cooking results with ease. A grease drawer is included for convenient grease management.
The unit is constructed with a welded steel frame and a stainless steel top, front, and grease trough, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The aluminized steel sides add to its sturdiness.
