The Star 5136CF Star-Max Charbroiler is a reliable 36" cooking solution designed for commercial kitchens. It operates on 208v/1-3ph power and offers precise heat control and even distribution.
This charbroiler uses a dual heat system, combining radiation from the burners and conduction through cast iron grates for consistent cooking. It features six incoloy-sheathed elements, making it suitable for high-speed operations.
The unit is divided into three sections, each with independent controls for versatile cooking. The cast iron grates heat slowly, retain heat well, and distribute it evenly. They are removable for easy cleaning.
The charbroiler also includes a tapered splash guard to contain grease and debris, and a cool-to-the-touch bull-nose front for operator safety.
