The Star 536CHSF Star-Max® Electric Griddle is an excellent choice for cooking a variety of popular dishes such as pancakes, fried eggs, and burgers. With its 1-inch thick chrome plate, this electric griddle can handle repeated heating and cooling cycles without warping. The even heat distribution is ensured by individual heating elements placed every 12 inches across the surface.
The griddle's snap-action thermostat allows precise temperature control in the range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The 3.5-inch-wide grease trough on the front of the griddle accommodates a spatula, making it easy for the operator to push grease and debris into the 4.5-quart grease drawer. This design not only helps maintain a clean cooking area but also simplifies the cleanup process.
