The Star 524TGF Star-Max® Electric Griddle is designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-volume foodservice operations. Operating on 208-240V power, this electric griddle features precise thermostatic controls that allow you to adjust the cooking surface temperature from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The embedded snap-action thermostat ensures consistent and accurate temperature control, providing the versatility needed for various cooking tasks.
The griddle's 1-inch thick steel plate, with heating elements spaced every 12 inches, ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. This plate not only delivers excellent cooking results but also retains heat efficiently, making it perfect for high-demand cooking environments.
To keep your cooking area clean, the griddle is equipped with 3.5-inch-wide troughs and splash guards that capture grease splatter. These troughs also accommodate a spatula, allowing for easy removal of excess grease into the 4.5-quart grease drawer, making cleanup a breeze.
