By employing both radiation from the heating elements and conduction through the cast iron grates, this charbroiler ensures consistent and uniform heat distribution, making it ideal for high-volume cooking needs.
The incoloy-sheathed heating elements are robust and efficient, allowing the unit to handle a busy kitchen's requirements with ease. Each 12-inch section of the cooking surface is independently heated and controlled, thanks to the heavy-duty infinite knobs. This level of control enables you to fine-tune your cooking processes for various menu items.
