Description
The Southbend S60DD-2GL is a 60" gas range powered by natural gas. It features six high-output open burners at 28,000 BTU each, a 48,000 BTU griddle on the left side, and two standard ovens with 35,000 BTU each.
This range has a sturdy stainless steel construction with removable cast iron grate tops. It includes a convenient 4" front rail, making it easier to handle cookware and plates. Cleaning is hassle-free with a removable crumb drawer under the burners, and the range also has removable grease drawers.
Operators can easily control the burners with metal knobs marked with red stripes. The range stands on 6" stainless steel adjustable legs for stability and leveling. It comes with a factory-installed pressure regulator and a snap-action thermostat with a temperature range of 175-550 degrees F for precise cooking.
The U-shaped oven burner ensures even heat distribution, and the oven interior is well-insulated with self-supporting rock wool. The range includes a removable rack with two-position rack guides and a 22½" stainless steel flue riser with a single shelf.
The oven interior dimensions are 26" W x 26½" D x 14" H, and the overall dimensions of the range are 60¾" W x 34" D x 59½" H.
