The Sierra Range SRPO-72G-2, a 72"W Gas Bake and Pizza Full-Size Double Deck Oven, guarantees the perfect crust and bake every time. With a stainless steel exterior that's durable, easy to maintain, and corrosion-resistant, this stacked oven is built to last. Insulated, spring-loaded doors ensure lasting quality. Each oven chamber includes a 7" Fibra-ment stone© and independently controlled top heat dampers for consistent results. Achieving maximum heat with energy efficiency and rapid recovery times, the SRPO-72G-2 is a double-deck version of the SRPO-72G. Inner depths reach 36".
