Inside each Sierra Range deck oven chamber, you'll find a 1 1/2" thick Fibra-ment stone for efficient baking. Whether you're cooking pizzas directly on the stone or using pans and screens for specific results, this oven offers versatility.
Engineered for maximum heat with minimal energy consumption and rapid recovery times, this oven's tubular type burners are evenly spaced every 12". Each oven features a modulating thermostat and operates with a low input BTU for swift recovery.
With a temperature range of 300-650 degrees Fahrenheit, you can set each chamber to a different temperature if needed. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation and arrives ready to connect to your natural gas line. It also includes a liquid propane conversion kit, ensuring fuel flexibility. Boasting a heating power of 132,000 BTU, this oven is a reliable choice for your high-demand kitchen.
