It features a forced air refrigeration system for consistent, uniform temperatures throughout the unit and under the pan rail. The digital controller and temperature read-out ensure precise control for enhanced energy efficiency and top-notch performance.
This sandwich prep table boasts a sleek, polished stainless steel exterior and interior, with ergonomic rounded corners and recessed door handles. It accommodates up to 10 1/6th size pans and includes a 9 1/4" NSF polyethylene cutting board for efficient food prep.
Equipped with self-closing doors and a 90° hold open feature, this model offers easy access for fast loading. It comes with pre-installed casters for mobility and two locking casters for stability, ensuring both convenience and reliability in any kitchen setting.
