Whether preparing large pizzas, salads, or sandwiches, this prep table offers ample space and convenience.
Featuring a 20-cubic-foot interior cabinet space with two shelves, additional products can be stored in the refrigerated base, keeping items organized and easily accessible. The cabinet doors are designed with a stay-open feature at 90 degrees, facilitating product loading, while recessed handles prevent obstruction in the aisle.
Constructed with stainless steel both inside and outside, the Migali C-PP67-HC pizza prep table offers durability, rust resistance, and ease of cleaning. Utilizing forced-air cooling, cold air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators have control over the temperature settings through the digital controller and display.
