The Migali® C-PP67 Pizza Prep Table is perfect for storing and prepping pizza and sandwich ingredients. Equipped with a forced air refrigeration system, it ensures cold, uniform temperatures throughout the 12 cu. ft. interior and beneath the pan rail. The digital controller and temperature readout offer precise control, improving efficiency and performance.
Crafted with a polished stainless steel exterior and interior, the C-PP67 features ergonomic rounded corners and recessed drawer handles. The spacious interior includes two adjustable shelves, and an optional bun rack can fit 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" hotel pans.
This prep table also includes a 19.5" deep cutting board, pre-installed casters, and shelving. With a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and energy-efficient design, the C-PP67 ensures reliable performance while reducing environmental impact.
