The Kool-It Signature KSTM-48-2 Mega Top Refrigerated Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is designed to meet the demands of commercial kitchens. With a spacious 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, this prep unit provides ample space for ingredient storage and food preparation. The unit features a large insulated lid opening that can accommodate (18) 1/6 size pans, with included 4-inch deep pans that can also handle 6-inch deep pans, offering flexibility for various ingredient sizes. A removable cutting board simplifies food prep and cleaning.
The KSTM-48-2 is built for durability, featuring a stainless steel interior and exterior that provides resistance against corrosion and ease of maintenance. It's equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters for mobility, with two of them featuring brakes to ensure stability during use.
The self-contained refrigeration system, located at the rear of the unit, maintains temperatures within a range of 33 to 40°F, preserving the freshness of your ingredients. The unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor and requires 115v/60/1-ph power.
