The Kool-It KSTM-36-2 is a versatile two-section Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Unit designed for the demands of commercial kitchens. With a capacity of 9.5 cu. ft., it provides ample space for ingredient storage and food preparation. The unit features an insulated lid opening that accommodates (15) 1/6 size pans, with included 4-inch deep pans that can also handle 6-inch deep pans, providing flexibility for various ingredient sizes. A removable cutting board simplifies food prep and cleaning. The KSTM-36-2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen, with a stainless steel interior and exterior that ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. It's equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters for mobility, with two of them featuring brakes for stability. The self-contained refrigeration system at the rear of the unit maintains temperatures within a range of 33 to 40°F, preserving the freshness of your ingredients. The unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor and requires 115v/60/1-ph power.
