It offers excellent performance, storage, and food preparation capabilities to meet the needs of your busy kitchen. With a generous 7 cu. ft. capacity, it provides ample storage space for your ingredients. The unit includes an insulated lid opening that can accommodate (9) 1/6 size pans and (3) 1/9 size pans, all with a depth of 4 inches, allowing you to adapt to different ingredient sizes and quantities. The removable cutting board simplifies food preparation and cleaning. The unit's durable stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity, resistance to corrosion, and easy cleaning. It's equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters for convenient mobility in your kitchen. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature range between 33 and 40°F, keeping your ingredients fresh and safe. The unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor and requires 115v/60/1-ph power.
