The Kool-It KST-27-1 Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit is a one-section refrigeration unit with a capacity of 7 cu. ft. It measures 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 42-3/5"H and maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F. The unit features an insulated lid opening that can accommodate (6) 1/6-size and (2) 1/9-size pans (4" deep pans are included, but it can accommodate 6" deep pans if needed). It also includes a removable cutting board for food preparation.
The KST-27-1 has a solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf for flexible storage options. Its interior and exterior are constructed of durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked, for easy mobility and stability. It uses rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and it operates on a 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph power supply. This unit is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus.
