The Kool-It KPT-93-3 is a versatile three-section pizza prep table designed to meet the demands of busy pizzerias and restaurants. With a substantial 30.8 cu. ft. capacity, this prep table offers ample space for storing and preparing pizza ingredients while keeping them at optimal temperatures.
Key features of the Kool-It KPT-93-3 include a temperature range of 33-40°F, a raised pan rail with insulated lids, and it comes complete with (12) 1/3 poly food pans. These features facilitate efficient ingredient organization and pizza assembly.
The unit also includes a removable polyethylene cutting board, offering a convenient and hygienic surface for pizza preparation. With (3) solid hinged doors and (6) adjustable shelves, the interior of the prep table provides flexibility in terms of storage and access.
Both the interior and exterior of the Kool-It KPT-93-3 are constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit is equipped with a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that operates with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
For mobility and convenience, the prep table is mounted on (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) of them featuring brakes to ensure stability during use.
