The Kool-It KPT-67-2 Signature prep table is a reliable choice for keeping perishable ingredients cool during pizza preparation. It utilizes an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe holding temperatures within its refrigerated base.
The refrigeration system of this prep table is designed to optimize internal air circulation for thermal consistency. Operators can easily modify temperatures within the range of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital control monitor. To minimize temperature fluctuations, the base is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density, CFC-free polyurethane, and it features an automatic defrost mechanism to prevent ice buildup.
The Kool-It KPT-67-2 pizza prep table's refrigerated base is divided into two sections, each equipped with two adjustable shelves and a corresponding spring-loaded, self-closing solid door. These doors are constructed with tight-sealing magnetic vinyl gaskets to prevent cool air from escaping.
The workstation atop the refrigerated base measures 67 inches in width and 36.63 inches in depth. It includes a removable 18.9-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board, a raised pan rail with insulated lids, and nine third-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate food pans for efficient ingredient organization.
Both the interior and exterior of this unit are made of durable stainless steel, which is resistant to dents, warping, rust, and corrosion. This construction not only ensures longevity but also simplifies the cleaning process.
