The Kool-It KPT-44-1 is a one-section pizza prep table with a capacity of 11.3 cubic feet. It measures 44-2/5 inches in width, 36-1/2 inches in depth, and stands 42 inches tall. The temperature range of this prep table falls between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Featuring a raised pan rail with an insulated lid, it includes six 1/3 poly food pans and a removable polyethylene cutting board. The unit is equipped with one solid hinged door and two adjustable shelves for versatile storage options.
Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the KPT-44-1 ensures durability and ease of cleaning. It's designed for mobility with four 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked. The unit offers automatic defrost and utilizes side-mounted self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant.
The refrigeration system is powered by a 1/4 HP motor, and the unit operates on 115 volts, 60 Hz, and single-phase power, drawing 3.5 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The KPT-44-1 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for your pizza preparation needs.
