Designed for efficiency, this table includes a Fin & Tube Condenser to boost performance even in high-temperature conditions, alongside an Automatic Defrost Cooling System for hassle-free operation. The full-depth cutting board measures 79x70.79x19.53 inches, providing ample space for pizza preparation. The unit features an external temperature display and electronic temperature control for precise and easy monitoring. The temperature range of +33/+41°F is maintained using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant gas, minimizing environmental impact.
