With three solid hinged doors, vinyl-coated steel shelves, and a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F, it's ideal for organizing pizza ingredients while keeping them fresh and safe. The 430 stainless steel worktop ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the interior is also stainless steel for hygiene and corrosion resistance.
This unit features an environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, heavy-duty casters for mobility, and insulated lids to maintain proper ingredient temperatures. It operates on a standard 115V/60/1-ph electrical connection and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
