For precise control during cooking processes, it features three gas-control knobs, each corresponding to a 30,000-BTU burner spaced 12 inches apart. This arrangement ensures even heating across the griddle's surface. The aerated baffles enhance the cooking process, and each burner is equipped with a continuous pilot for straightforward ignition.
The griddle plate's 1-inch thickness is designed to retain and distribute heat optimally throughout the cooking process, ensuring consistent and efficient results.
