The IKON ITG-24E 24" Electric Griddle is a reliable cooking solution designed for efficiency and precision. Its 23.8-inch by 29-inch griddle plate, made of polished steel and measuring 1 inch thick, minimizes sticking and can withstand heavy use without warping or cracking.
Featuring individual controls, this griddle allows users to set each side to a different temperature, creating distinct cook zones. The griddle operates thermostatically, maintaining consistent temperatures and resisting fluctuations, ensuring product quality even during heavy use.
Designed for built-in installation, the griddle requires 1 inch of clearance on its back and sides. It stands on 4-inch legs to protect supporting surfaces from overheating.
Grease control is made easy with a 4-inch-wide grease trough situated at the front of the griddle. Inside, a grease trough collects and stores grease until it's ready to be emptied, ensuring a clean and efficient cooking environment.
