The IKON ITG-24 Gas Griddle is a durable cooking solution with stainless steel construction and double-walled insulated sides for lasting durability. It features front and side splash guards, a cool-touch front edge, and a removable grease drawer for easy maintenance.
This 24-inch griddle has two adjustable thermostatic controls for precise temperature adjustments, with U-shaped burners delivering 60,000 BTUs in total. The 24-inch by 24-inch polished steel griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly.
The griddle is convertible from natural gas to LP gas and includes a field conversion kit. It's a versatile and efficient addition to your kitchen for cooking burgers, breakfast foods, and diner classics.
