The IKON ITG-12E electric countertop griddle is a compact and efficient addition to smaller establishments with limited space. Its 12-inch width makes it ideal for countertop placement, requiring only 1 inch of clearance on the back and sides.
For precise temperature control and minimal variations, this griddle features thermostatic control and can be set in the range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The griddle is equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs to maintain a level cooking surface even on uneven countertops. Its construction, made of stainless and galvanized steel, ensures resistance to rust and corrosion, enhancing durability.
At the front of the griddle, a 4-inch-wide grease trough leads to an integrated grease drawer, simplifying maintenance and keeping your kitchen tidy.
