The IKON ISP72M is a three-section Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit with a spacious 18 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 71-7/10"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H, providing ample space for your food preparation needs. The stainless steel top of the unit is designed to accommodate up to twenty-seven 1/6 pans, all of which are included with the unit. It features three solid hinged doors for convenient access, three adjustable shelves for organized storage, and a removable cutting board for food prep tasks. The unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat, ensuring that the temperature stays within the range of 33° to 40°F. The digital LED temperature display allows for easy monitoring of the interior conditions.
Inside the unit, you'll find a durable 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, which not only looks sleek but also ensures longevity. The unit is easy to move and position thanks to its 2-1/2" swivel casters, with two of them featuring brakes for stability during use. The refrigeration system is self-contained and rear-mounted, utilizing environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. It operates with a 1/2 HP compressor on 115v/60/1-ph power and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward installation. The IKON ISP72M has met cULus and UL EPH certifications, providing you with confidence in its safety and sanitation standards.
