The IKON ISP61M is a Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit with two sections, offering a generous 15.5 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 61-1/5"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H and features a stainless steel top with a spacious opening for twenty-four 1/6 pans, all of which are included with the unit. The appliance is equipped with two solid hinged doors, two adjustable shelves, and a handy removable cutting board. It incorporates an electronic thermostat that maintains a temperature range of 33° to 40°F, and the digital LED temperature display ensures accurate monitoring. The interior of the unit is constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. The unit is mounted on 2-1/2" swivel casters, with two of them featuring brakes for stability. It utilizes a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/2 HP compressor operating on 115v/60/1-ph. The appliance includes a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy setup and comes with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications for your peace of mind.
