Description
The IKON ISP48M is a two-section Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit with a 12 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 48-1/5"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H and features a stainless steel top with an opening for eighteen 1/6 pans (which are included). This unit is equipped with two solid hinged doors, two adjustable shelves, and a removable cutting board for your convenience. The electronic thermostat provides a temperature range of 33° to 40°F, and a digital LED temperature display ensures easy monitoring. The interior is constructed with a 304 stainless steel floor and aluminum back wall, while the exterior is made of stainless steel. It's mounted on 2-1/2" swivel casters (two of which are braked) and has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant. The unit is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor on 115v/60/1-ph and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is certified by cULus and UL EPH for your peace of mind.
