Description
The IKON ISP36 is a two-section Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit with a 7.7 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 36-1/5"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H and includes a stainless steel top with an opening for ten 1/6 pans (which are included). Featuring two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, this unit also comes with a removable cutting board. The electronic thermostat allows for a temperature range of 33° to 40°F, and a digital LED temperature display ensures accurate monitoring. Its interior is constructed from 304 stainless steel with an aluminum back wall, while the exterior is stainless steel. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it uses R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor on 115v/60/1-ph. With a NEMA 5-15P plug, this unit is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for your peace of mind.
