The IKON ISP29 is a one-section Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit designed for efficient food preparation in commercial kitchens. With a capacity of 7 cu. ft., it measures 28-9/10"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H. The stainless steel top features an opening for eight 1/6 pans, which are included, allowing for convenient ingredient storage and easy access.
This unit is equipped with one solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf, offering flexibility in organizing your food items. It also includes a removable cutting board for a convenient and hygienic workspace.
The electronic thermostat enables precise temperature control in the range of 33°F to 40°F, ensuring that your ingredients stay fresh and safe. The digital LED temperature display allows for easy monitoring. Automatic defrost simplifies maintenance.
The interior of the unit features a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls & door backs for durability. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel, giving it a professional and long-lasting appearance.
For mobility, the unit comes with 2-1/2" swivel casters (2 braked). Its rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph, and 3.0 amps. It has a NEMA 5-15P plug for power connection.
