The IKON IPP94 is a three-section Pizza Prep Table designed for high-capacity pizza preparation. With a spacious 32 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 94-1/5"W x 32-1/3"D x 41-7/10"H. Its stainless steel raised pan rail easily accommodates twelve 1/3 GN pans, which are included. The unit comes with a removable polyethylene cutting board for convenient food preparation. Featuring three solid hinged doors and three adjustable shelves, it offers versatility in organizing ingredients.
With an electronic thermostat, the unit allows for precise temperature control within the 33°F to 40°F range. You can easily monitor the temperature using the digital LED temperature display. The automatic defrost system simplifies maintenance.
The interior is designed with a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls & door backs, ensuring durability. The unit's stainless steel top, front, and sides provide a professional and robust appearance.
For efficient refrigeration, it employs a side-mounted self-contained system that uses R290 refrigerant. The unit is easy to move thanks to 4" casters (2 braked) and operates with a 3/4 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph, and 5.5 amps. It comes with a cord equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
