They come with a sturdy 3/4” griddle plate, gas control knob every 12”, and an all-stainless steel cabinet. Safety features include a "Cool-to-the-touch" front edge, welded splash guards, and ample ventilation. Cleaning is a breeze with a removable 3-1/4” grease drawer and a standard 4” spatula width grease trough.
