The IECO-2 Electric Convection Oven is a powerful kitchen appliance with a 10KW, 208V/60HZ three-phase power supply. It features 26" legs for easy access and offers electronic ignition. The thermostat is easy to use, with a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F (66°C to 260°C).
This oven is equipped with an electronic one-hour timer and an alarm buzzer to prevent overcooking. It features two halogen interior lights for excellent visibility and easy servicing. The independent doors have full-view windows for monitoring, and the oven operates with a 2-speed, ½ HP fan motor for even heat distribution. It also has a forced 'cool down' fan mode.
Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, the oven's interior is porcelain enamel, making it easy to clean. It comes with five nickel-plated heavy-duty racks and offers 11 rack positions. The cooking chamber design reduces heat loss, resulting in energy savings.
