The IKON IB81R is a three-section commercial refrigerator with a substantial 66 cu. ft. capacity. It is designed with three locking solid stainless steel doors and features nine adjustable shelves, making it compatible with full-size sheet pans. The electronic thermostat enables precise temperature control within the 33°F to 40°F range, and the digital LED display simplifies monitoring. The unit is equipped with a condensate evaporator and boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability. It features 4" swivel casters, with 2 of them having brakes, for convenient mobility. The bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, operating on standard 115V/60/1-ph electrical supply (7 amps). It uses a NEMA 5-15P plug and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and quality compliance.
